1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. The use of the Service, including file uploads, report viewing, QR code scanning, or ID generation, constitutes full, unconditional, and unequivocal acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. The use of the Service is permitted exclusively by individuals who are students of educational institutions, for the purpose of completing coursework, theses, and other academic assignments for non-commercial purposes.
1.4. Any commercial, editorial, professional, mass, or other use of the Service outside of academic activities is prohibited.
2.1. Text analysis is performed using an internal algorithm based on hashing and comparing text content with a selected database of open texts, including those indexed by search engines.
2.2. The results of the check do not claim to be complete or universal. The analysis covers a limited number of sources and is not exhaustive across all digital or printed information.
2.3. Due to the nature of the algorithms used, the results may contain inaccuracies, statistical deviations, or false positives and cannot be considered as a legally binding expert opinion.
2.4. Originality values displayed in the report are estimates and do not guarantee compliance with the requirements of specific educational institutions.
3.1. The Service is provided "as is" without any direct or implied warranties of suitability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for the User's purposes.

4.2. Sending an email to the specified address does not guarantee its receipt, reading, or reply, and does not entail any obligations on the part of the Administration.
4.3. The User agrees that the absence of a response from the Administration cannot serve as grounds for claims, demands, or lawsuits.
5.1. This Agreement is governed by the applicable provisions of civil law.
5.2. The Service Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend the text of the Agreement without prior notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes full acceptance of the updated version.
5.3. If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall retain their legal force.
6.1. The User confirms that they have read this Agreement, fully understand it, and accept full responsibility for the consequences associated with the use of the Service.
6.2. The Service is not intended for official document submission, does not replace specialized anti-plagiarism systems, and is not subject to mandatory certification.
6.3. By using the Service, the User confirms that they are aware of the risks associated with the probabilistic nature of the analysis results and agrees not to use them in contexts requiring legal or academic verification without additional verification by third-party tools.
